Poor communication disappointed with my second insurance purchase
Poor communication. Only one of several agents were able to satisfy my request for a quote . Afterwards there were numerous agents trying to correct my ID card name as per NYDMV regulations. I have been insured by USAA in the past and looking forward to providing my other cars and home for a quote hopefully I will have a better experience.

The customer service person Abigail was AWESOME!!!! She helped with the process and when “not savvy tech me” needed help, she helped with technology as well. She had a confident and pleasant voice.
