I had to call to keep the status of my order open because they closed it before the job was completed. Bad communication. They eventually got it right though.

Very fast response to my inquiry. The application process is very easy. The approval process was equally easy. Very affordable insurance for the coverage you get! Electronic communications are superb. The human Communications were a little slow but not terribly. I highly recommend.

I agreed to have my car insurance with you people. I was sent some forms to sign. I signed one and then read the second one. I have some questions before I sign them. I HAVE CALLED MS. HUBBERT AT LEAST 10 TIMES AND SHE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS!!!! What is going on? Does she work for you anymore! This does nothing to enhance my confidence in you at all!
