Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Local and regular people frequently share that the dedicated account representatives are extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to their personal collecting needs during every single transaction. Loyal buyers deeply appreciate the stunning collections, upfront reasonable pricing, and exceptionally high-quality coin sets available for long-term purchasing. Some reviewers were not happy with receiving extra coin sets automatically instead of having the option to easily purchase single pieces. A few other people also felt that certain product offerings or missing item replacements did not fully meet their personal collector expectations.

I have denied the reoccurrence on Phone # in person of the payments that you are withdrawing from my credit card. I am still having money withdrawn from my account and have not received anything in return. I think your company is a thief.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have reviewed your account and found that we received a call from you on May 14, 2026, during which our representative advised you of the upcoming automatic charges that would be applied to your credit card in June. We also received a second call from you on July 7, 2026, regarding those charges. During that conversation, our representative explained what the charges were for and referenced the previous discussion from May. Based on our review, at no point during either call was it mentioned that the items had not been received. We certainly do not expect customers to pay for items they did not receive. If your order was not delivered, we want to help resolve the issue. Please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email so we can investigate your order and work with you toward a resolution.

I absolutely love buying coins from you. Jim Mahoney is my representative and he is superb. I couldn't find a better one. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes very good care of me. The coin sets you offer are wonderful, especially the President Trump ones, and they are priced right. I really like being able to pay monthly as that suits my budget. I have recommended you to my family and friends.
