Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Local and regular people frequently share that the dedicated account representatives are extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to their personal collecting needs during every single transaction. Loyal buyers deeply appreciate the stunning collections, upfront reasonable pricing, and exceptionally high-quality coin sets available for long-term purchasing. Some reviewers were not happy with receiving extra coin sets automatically instead of having the option to easily purchase single pieces. A few other people also felt that certain product offerings or missing item replacements did not fully meet their personal collector expectations.

I've been a customer of American Mint for 4 years and have had all positive experiences with the website, purchase experience, customer support and very importantly, the products! I have always been treated with respect from anyone I talked to at American Mint. The prices are up front and reasonable, and I never feel any pressure to make a purchase immediately. Highly recommended overall!

I do not collect coins myself, but I do buy them for my cousin, who does collect them. However, I get bombarded with their offers every week, and wish they would stop sending me so many offers, or I may just have to quit using them to avoid all of their solicitations.
