I am a single parent working in public education with a son in college and a senior about to head to college. I have accumulated quite a bit of debt over the years, especially recently with prices so high and I faithfully made my minimum payments, but the totals would not budge. I was feeling hopeless and then found Americor! After a short visit and a few easy steps, I now have a plan in place to help get me out of my debts and back above water! Best anxiety ridden decision I ever made
First, I want to acknowledge that many challenges we face can't be solved without reaching out for help. So many of us dealing with health issues or other hardships do their best to handle things alone. Asking for help can be humbling, but Americorp makes that conversation much easier. I tried managing everything on my own, but after numerous surgeries and hospital stays, I felt overwhelmed. Roxanna, my coordinator, is truly amazing—she seems to be working tirelessly, always encouraging, helpful, and kind. At first, I wasn’t thrilled to receive her daily calls and greetings, but now I genuinely appreciate her and this wonderful service. Terrible company, don't use their products, great risk !
Terrible company. There data is so scrampled, credit reports messed up, they do not adhere to DNC and as well, their data is very insecure, - do not put your PII data in their storage. Who knows where it will be sold in Russia or elsewhere.

DO NOT TRUST THE PROCESS
I hired Americor in June 2024 during a time of desperation. I had 12 creditors and approximately $46,000 in debt, and I was looking for help negotiating settlements and getting my financial situation under control.
At first, they came across as sincere, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I was repeatedly told to “trust the process.” Nearly two years later, settlements have been reached with 8 of the 12 creditors, and 4 of those have now been paid. However, there are still 4 accounts that remain unresolved after all this time.
This has not been due to a lack of communication or effort on my part. I have stayed in contact, followed instructions, and even made additional deposits when Americor told me it would help resolve the remaining accounts faster. Those deposits were made, but the promised progress did not happen.
As a result, I have now faced two lawsuits from creditors. In my experience, the advice I received from Americor regarding those lawsuits did not help and only made the situation worse. Once legal problems started, it felt like no one at Americor treated the situation with the urgency it deserved because, ultimately, they were not the ones facing the consequences.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone in a similar situation against trusting this company. When you are already financially desperate, you need clear guidance, accountability, and real results. My experience with Americor has been the opposite. I feel they take advantage of people in vulnerable situations, provide poor guidance when things get serious, and accept little to no responsibility when their process fails to deliver.

The person I spoke was very courteous. I was called because Americor showed I had "a short fall" and this person was calling me at my job to inform me of this. My payments are automatically deducted from my pay every two weeks. I was told when he looked further that this issue had been cleared. As I said, the agreed amount is deducted from my pay each pay day. I did not appreciate the phone call which made made me very uncomfortable initially until Keith told me it looked as though things had been cleared up.
