Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I suggest you really spend time reviewing this product before actually paying for it, as they both do not offer a free trial and will refuse to give you a refund, even if you literally request it within minutes of subscribing to the full service. It is fine if you're looking for low effort animations, but their claims of customization are incredibly limited and not at all worth it if you're looking to do something with your own existing characters.
I have been with Animaker for a while now. Started a little rocky for me as I didn't understand the processes. The customer service team always tried to help as needed. As I learned more about the App and became more comfortable, I knew the exact questions I needed to ask. They were always helpful with my issues and have continued to help me in any they can. After reviewing many other animation apps, I found that Animaker was more user friendly and had more capabilities. Simply love Animaker.
Very useful and fun app. There are a few issues as can be expected with anything as novel as this. But the team is very responsive and reply to support requests within the hour and are quick at solving the issues/ suggesting workarounds etc.. Overall very professional.. PLEASE keep it up
