My parcel was lost by the delivery company a month and a half ago. I have been emailing both company’s trying to find it to finally be told it was lost. They have told me now that it has failed I have to communicate with the delivery company who have said they will not deal with me and will only communicate further with the sender. I have asked for a refund but am now being ignored. The most disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE
I ordered a couple of tracksuits and got a free hat with the order. I never received a processing or dispatched email so I emailed the company and provided me those details. It took longer than expected for the delivery but appreciate it was coming from very far away! All my items arrived and were true to size, I love what i got! I know there are some bad reviews but apart from having to email chasing a tracking ref, I had a positive experience!
I received the order yesterday and it was soaking wet! Also the top should be black and purple, the pants are the right color but the top is purple and black? Please send me the right color top of black and purple!
I have asked multiple times for a refund now due to the fact that my order still has not arrived and is even being sent back to sender, no one has acknowledged that I request a refund and are even trying to charge me and extra £6 to deliver even though it was sent back to them without my request or even knowledge. Edit to add, the company is refusing a refund and are saying either my package gets destroyed or I pay the extra to get it redilivered. Feel like this company is now a scam. I've disputed it with my bank so hoping I get my money back from that. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Ordered 2 products off their website on the 5th of August. After 11 days I contacted them asking for details since I never received a confirmation or shipping info. They claimed it was still being processed. Their website says 3 to 7 days to process. This was never mentioned however it was well past that. I told them I needed it by the end of the month for a gift.theybstated they would expedite the order. 3 days later they still hadn't shipped. I requested a refund which they replied they would. Then crickets. When I asked about it again they claim it was too late and are shipping it. I would avoid this company. Bad business.
I don't often write reviews but I'm writing one today because I received an email from animescollection offering me 20% off future purchases for rating their products 4 star or above. I ordered 3 products from them on the 17th July 2026 and received a 4th product free. The order was a little slow arriving as it comes from China, and only arrived on the 1st August 2026. I ordered 3 sweatshirts all in size large, and received a baseball cap free. 1 sweatshirt was a size large, 1 was a medium and 1 was a small. The quality of the material also differed, with the sweatshirts ranging from thick and fleecey to thin and cheap. Lastly the graphics quality was also really poor when compared with the photos. The inconsistency of size, poor graphics and longer wait times mean I won't order from them again. I also dislike companies who try to bribe consumers into writing positive reviews. I added a similar review to this one on their website but when you look at the reviews available, it looks like all negative reviews have been filtered out as only 4 and 5 star reviews are available. While some people may have possibly had positive experiences with them, I won't be purchasing from them again.
Print quality was terrible. They wanted to give me a coupon to order more and only offered a 10% refund
It’s definitely a comfortable set and the print is nice so far but it’s definitely a bit cheap feeling like SHEIN quality but at a way higher price. Not bad but I was hoping for better.
I ordered the Naruto sweatpants and tank top combo and I couldn’t be happier with it! I’m sitting in them right now as I’m writing my review and they’re so comfortable. I actually reached out to customer service initially to confirm my address and information (this was through an automated email on their end, I didn’t have to go search for customer service to confirm my info) and Christine611 helped me through my whole experience! I accidentally deleted the email with the tracking info that was sent a few days after my order and she was able to give me the tracking info right away. I received the items a few days later and I just love it
Ordered 2 DBZ tshirts on the 29th of May and they arrived today 10th of June. Must say i felt a little sceptical due to some reviews but took the chance ans genuinely really happy with both tee’s, exactly what was shown on the website & not some cheap crappy sticker that will just peel off & has the washed vintage look & feel. I opted for a Large and fits well a tiny bit tighter than what i’d usually like in an oversized tee but still fits great and will do when i lose a little bit more fat. Delivery wasn’t all that long either & has been worth the wait. Thanks again looking forward to ordering some more🔥
Really bad quality. Ordered 6 shirts. Hat a strong chemical smell so I washed them first shirt already lost the print in that wash (30° wool Programm) Support told me they are only allowed to be washed cold. The other shirts have now Deen washed cold twice and also start loosing the print. Straight up garbage prints absolutely don't buy stuff there!!! .

I ordered a sweater from AnimeCollections on December 9th, 2025, intending to give it as a Christmas gift. Around December 23rd, I had still not received the item, and realized they also never sent me a confirmation that it had been shipped, only a confirmation with the order # and the $47.48 USD total I had spent. So I sent them an e-mail and had been contacting them back and fourth since then. I asked multiple times for an update on my order, or for the shipping info, and they never provided it. I asked multiple times for them to either send me the shipping information, or issue a refund. Over 30 days after I placed the order, and have still received no shipping info, and no refund, I ended up disputing the charges with Paypal, and they immediately issued a refund to me.
Great experience. After reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical but they was easy to order, came within the time frame they said, great quality and the print was as advertised. Warning, you don’t get updates such as where the parcel is but I expected that after reading reviews and it came within 10 days so no complaints, very good clothing!
More than a month after the delivery was supposed to take place, I still haven't received my order, and when I ask for information, I keep getting the same pre-recorded response, telling me to wait even longer, but never receiving anything.
Terrible quality. Printed faded and/or peeled off after a single wash. No refunds offered only modest discount on future items. I am extremely disappointed.
It's been seven months and the print is not very durable. I didn't plan on ordering ever again. So it worked out for a while. Well gentle cycle chips the print. At least my other shirt is still kicking. So it was not entirely a waste.
shirts arrived with holes in them and bad print. i asked for a refund and they continue to offer discounts on future purchases. I paid with paypal so hopefully I get my money back. wouldn't recommend, overall quality is very low and shipping takes around 3 weeks directly from cina.
Terrible quality, nothing like th vivid colors on the Instagram ad or website. Took weeks to arrive and looks like it aged during that time. Definitely comes up one size too small, it's ok to doss in but not something I'm confident will withstand a gym session or a gentle wash cycle. As fragile as my mental health!
