Getting lots of bizarre and out-of-town…
Getting lots of bizarre and out-of-town type calls - even a hang-up call?!? But they all do have one thing in common - I am getting billed by Answer First for them. Also, the minutes on the billing seemed high and are NOT shown by call. This needs to be corrected right away so I can tell how long was spent on the phone with each caller. Otherwise, generally happy with the deal.

Because of that, those calls are billable. Regarding your billing, our Client Web Access portal provides detailed Account Activity and Message Summary Reports to help you review your usage. There are just some disconnects that need to be ironed out. The cost is extremely high but they are willing to work with you to try to help with that. Overall I am looking for another company at this time.
