Good and bad things

Its mixed. I had my Printer ordered a few weeks ago. First, the Order status didnt change, I thought I got scammed. Then It shipped, it arrived perfectly fine at my House, the filament I ordered the same order took 2 Days more, whats a bit annoying (What would you do with a printer when theres no filament). After a Week my Nozzle broke (It appeared to be a material failure). I ordered Replacement and opened a Service-ticket. I got compensation (A new Hot-End+Nozzle). The Nozzle I ordered took 3 Weeks to ship (More annoying because my printer hat 3 weeks pause). But at all - Anycubic is a very good printer-shop with outrageous service and good quality

I had few issues

I had few issues, with the support page, but overall experience is satisfying. I recomend Anucibic as producer of high quality 3DP, never had big issues with their products. All of the printers which I own, work strait from the unboxing. Thank you ANYCUBIC, for handling the resolving of issues like a PRO, because in Anycubic works only professionals. I'm happy from the Support Team, from the site, from the products. And I will continue to recomend them and use their products! Thank you ANYCUBIC! Keep going, in that direction! Amazing Customer Service for a destructive newb like me

Amazing, patient customer service! I am new to 3d printing and didn't realize there was so much hands on tweaking and setting up involved... I made back to back newbie mistakes that resulted in clogged nozzles, broken extruders and damaged hot ends... The support team was very patient, even when i was not the easiest to get along with. and they walked me through every issue, provided video and support links and shipped out replacements asap. There is nothing i can complain about that hey have not addressed.. 5 stars

My Kobra X stopped feeding filament…

My Kobra X stopped feeding filament correctly. Contacted Customer Service on 4/21, and a new print head was delivered from China on 5/10. I had 7 or so email exchanges with them over the 2 weeks until I finally asked for a return or a new print head. They offered to replace the print head. All in all, it was a slow process, but they were courteous, and I am sure they had to follow a process rather than just replace the print head as I originally suggested. Happy to say that my printer has been reliable after the print head replacement.

Dont do it!

In 10 short months of owning my S1 combo I have had the motherboard on the print head fail twice, the power supply needed replacing, the ACE pro jamming and needing a new feeder strip, 3 hot ends either overextruded or smashed from faulty calibration... the list goes on. This printer hasnt even been operational for 50% of the time ive owned it. One fault after another. Anycubic are happy to send parts but refuse to replace the obviously faulty model, first citing there is no warranty, then when I showed them to be wrong, they claim warranty is for parts only. Parts that take at least 3 weeks to arrive, and as long as 6 weeks at times. I will absolutely NEVER recommend Anycubic to anyone. Their S1 is poorly manufactured and not worth the stress. I have also reported to ACCC. The consumer should not have to rebuild the product. No stores or engineers in Australia. I've even been told to use a voltage meter to check things, and advised to purchase one myself?!

OrderUK2000000U34853 Never buy from this company following the theme of all the other one star reviews I ordered on the 6th of may and didn’t suspect anything of it but after a few days I didnt hear anything from my order and I checked online and it still haven’t been shipped after many emails and zero reply’s I’ve tried to cancel my order I’ve filled a dispute with my bank don’t know If I’ll get my money back but never order from here scammers

I purchased a couple of Kobra S1 Combo…

I purchased a couple of Kobra S1 Combo printers from them and eventually had an issue with a bad model fan. They were very responsive to my support request and sent me a replacement part right away. The printers themselves have been reliable and print exceptionally well. Even the fan issue was not an immediate failure. It was a bearing issue, so I was able to continue to use the printer while waiting for a replacement.

I contacted support after my Kobra X…

I contacted support after my Kobra X started showing error 11518 and failing to load filament correctly. The issue affected all channels, even though there was no actual clog. The support team responded quickly and asked the right questions to narrow down the cause. After testing, it became clear the problem was related to the filament detection system, not the printhead. They handled the case efficiently and arranged replacement parts without unnecessary back-and-forth. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the troubleshooting steps they provided were useful and easy to follow. Overall, a professional and helpful support experience.

I ordered the S1 Max combo during the pre-sale period and got always updated on the delivery status. After installation I had some issues with with the printing bed calibration, bit within the professional help of the Anycubic Support person Suarez we could fix it immediately. Amazing printer, good printing quality and a perfect support, thats what customers are looking for. Thanks!

Great experience from years of comparison

Great products, many improvements compared to many printers I tested, with large access to the parts (hot-end easily removed) and innovations (garbage output for filament and extruder cleaning). But more over the hardware, great customer service and technical support when you need explanations !

Total nube

Total nube, and steep learning curve. Every missing item in the tech data was an obstacle for me to overcome. While at times we were talking past each other, the tech support never gave up, and patiently waited for me to catch up. A bad batch of filament unintentionally gave me early experience with all the features of the printer giving ‘broken filament’ indications, which in turn, gave me the opportunity to disassemble parts of the printer to clear them, and reassemble. The printer has a high level of automation, so worked well out of the box, and as I learned the basics, the results got even better. Only challenge is apparently, parts are held in China, and take long to arrive, so if your printer is down awaiting parts, the company is good about sending the parts out, and it can take a while. Yes, recommend this printer at an amazing price point. And even better, they offer refurbished units for most excellent prices.

Super fast response from customer service

I thought I had a problem with my printer, so I reported it at customer service. They responded within a couple of hours with a solution. In the end, I was able to solve it myself, but I’m convinced that if I stumble upon a problem I can’t fix myself, I can rely on the same customer service I experienced this time. Big thumbs up!
