Won't let me return a faulty product and forcibly sending return parts

I ordered a printer directly from them and it has been faulty with levelling and been a hassle to figure out. I decided to return this printer and get back whatever money i can for it, While initially the service team has tried to troubleshoot what is wrong leading me to send a video of the printer damaging itself, they sent me links to 5 year old youtube videos on fixing problems on a non anycubic printer. After i decided to return this they have done anything they can to get me to keep it, ranging from sending out repair parts and free filament, which i declined. I found from opening a return ticket that they have sent them any way. They tried to dissuade me by saying the process is in-efficient and time consuming, except that this printer is faulty and i no longer want it. When i responded to them saying that i dont want the return parts, they have since sent me a default message saying inquiry channels are currently busy, even though the replied to me moments before

This product is a piece of CRAP , it ruined 6 projects already , I just received yesterday from Amazon , the bed won't hold the build , it resets it's self , it's junk .

"Purchased an Anycubic S1 Combo directly from Anycubic. Less than six months later the ACE Pro completely failed and would not power on. We contacted support while it was still under warranty and provided every item requested including photos, serial numbers, and videos. Months later there was still no resolution. After disassembling the unit myself, I found visible signs of internal heat/burn damage. My biggest issue is that the claim was opened under warranty, but after months of delays, the device is now outside warranty coverage. Very disappointed with the support experience."

Exceptional customer service

I had an issue with the LCD screen on my Photon Mono M5S Pro, and Anycubic’s customer service was exceptional. They replied very quickly, were super efficient, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a product issue solved so fast. The team was also very polite and helpful. Their great customer support was the final push I needed to buy the new Photon P1. I’m looking forward to receiving it!

i had a random issue with my anycubic printer that caused a head crash. sent them photos and described what happened. they understood and sent me the required parts to restore my printer to working order could not be happier with their service team

Bought kobra x and S1 max combo dureing…

Bought kobra x and S1 max combo dureing their annviversarry sale. Got issue with both. But anycubic sent me spare parts without any issues. Waiting for spareparts to come. Customer service is good solution they offer is good service so far is good explaination is good.

As always anycubic support did an amazing job troubleshooting my issue and quickly providing a viable solution. I use anycubic support frequently to maintain my print farm of 9 AC printers and they ways do a stellar job at getting me back to printing as quickly as possible. It's not uncommon for them to send me parts free or charge when needed which is shocking but greatly welcomed.
