I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon. I paid for next business day/overnight shipping since this is the main control board for my refrigerator. Being that order was placed after cut off I figured it would ship Thursday and arrive Friday. According to tracking it’s not going to arrive until Saturday. I called customer service and they said they can cancel order or give me shipping refund for the difference of other slower options? I told her I desperately need the part and would prefer full shipping refund for this inconvenience and said she could not do it. I asked to speak to supervisor and said no supervisor is available until Sunday. If this was a washer part or dryer part sure whatever but an essential part like this that keeps my food cold, it is not acceptable. 8/4/26 I did as you asked and sent email and no resolution. They said they’ll refund only difference not entire shipping. I called and spoke to a supervisor and they said the same thing. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said there is no one above him. I explained how I was told the shipping department shipped this out second instead of overnight which is what I paid for and he didn’t care. Again if it was a non essential part it would of been ok but I was left without a fridge for an extra day. Unacceptable. Your company cannot admit fault and take care of your customers. Never again. WOW you’re the worst company I have ever had the displeasure. Again I know order was past the cut off on Wednesday I am not arguing that. I know item was shipping Thursday. But overnight/1 business delivery should be Friday. Per your rep, you guys shipped it out the incorrect shipping method than what I paid for so why should I pay for your mistake?

EXCELLENT service. I ordered a control board for my LG microwave on Tuesday, 7/28/26 @ 3:25 pm. I received the part on Wednesday, 7/29/26 @ 2:15 pm - less than 24 hours. This is a brand new genuine LG OEM part in a factory sealed box. It took less than 15 minutes to install and worked perfectly the 1st time. Finally, the price was $20 to $45 less than on any other appliance parts site. I would highly recommend Appliance Parts 4 All and I will continue to use them in the future.

Went and ordered a part for my fridge from their site. Used the part check to ensure it fit my fridge. Looked at the image on their site representing the part I needed. I got the part and it was only a piece of the picture they represented. It didn’t fit the harness was wrong. I contact them the lady had nothing but attitude. There tell me it correct and the site pictures are not always correct sorry. Then want to charge me to return the product they false advertise. Would not shop here!
