This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service, they overcharged me for service and didn’t want to refund me the money. They offered me a credit for two months and a couple of days ago after they provided their service charged me again when I was supposed to get a credit. They are a scam and a fraud. Terrible company, I wish I hadn’t signed up with them.

Not a local Company
Recently switched to this company. Technicians are attentive to customer needs. They are not a local company and if a follow-up appointment for a concern arises, you may have a significant wait versus having a local company. They are very tech savvy with notices and billing.

They called & they were very customer service. I think his name was Phil, he got right to work & did outstanding job. This was the 3rd time Aptive has sprayed our house. I think it took that time, no spiders, bugs 🕷️ ants, etc. we are pleased with the service.

Lack of service
Their website is horrible. Service people always seem to be in a rush to complete the job. Had a service man, prior to the last visit, swear he went around the property and removed the webs until I walked out with him and pointed out the parts of the property he skipped; clearly attention to detail was not his strength.

I told him I saw 2 ants in the kitchen. He spayed outside but I and a ton of ants the next day. 😒
