Professional service worker texted his ETA, then knocked and oversized himself and knocked again when done. Loved knowing when service started and ended, and a text if I’m not home, with this info would be appreciated.

Well, I had a schedule appointment that was canceled without telling me and then rescheduled for the following week. The reason I know this is, I had an email confirmation that was sent out by adaptive with a date and time then when the next day when I logged onto the website, it was no longer there also ever since I started using adaptive I’ve noticed more and more insects in my backyard

The service and the attentiveness is incredible! The pricing is reasonable and I love how we get images of the treated areas after each service visit!

Service did not fix the pest issues . Communication was horrible with not showing up on planned dates then showing up randomly . Customer service horrible spoke two different people that told me misinformation both times .

They’ve been coming out. I’ve been home so I open my garage in my shop so they can spray inside the garage and shop and around my property. There’s a good job. I just wish you guys had the same guys come out all the time that way they know what I want to be done other than that is a great job.

They have come every month consistently for 3 months and I have not seen a single bug or spider in the last 2 months! We had a big issue with black widows and roaches. I am very relieved. Staff is very communicative and easy going. I am from Modesto CA. I don't see a location for this area.

Greg the technician was very professional. He asked if there were any issues he needed to address concerning insects. Active is a reliable company, I strongly recommend them for treating your residence for insects. They are better than the other companies I had dealt with in the past.

I am only at this location on a limited basis. It’s great to have positive communication from the technician. The photos are especially helpful. With the regular service, I have not had any major pest problems.

They did a half-ass job and had the audacity to claim they deserved the full amount for the premium service when they failed to perform their basic tasks. Even though these have been addressed numerous times.

I believe he did his job and did it correctly
He used his broom and took off spiderwebs, and then he walked around and sprayed a lot around the foundation of the house
