I live in knoxville Tennessee and They are very rude and super scammers I canceled my account the second day after the subscription because I told them it didn't meet my expectations and the salesman was like pegging and lied to me about the areas they should spray and the period they come to my house oftentimes and they said ok its canceled but guess what it seems they just stopped it for a couple of months and they returned the service by their own and charged me monthly payment and send someone to my house to spray it I was shocked and called them again they said I didn't cancel it it was only rescheduled so the agent was playing me just to make me fall for the 200 dollar cancelation fees so I told them its not my problem and I'm not paying a penny and because of them I had to replace my banking card to prevent them from taking payments very rude and scams

The guys that have come to service have been great. My only complaint is I would like to have the same guy each time!
The billing is screwed up. They charge a month before they come. I keep track for myself

I feel that the last job was rushed. The guy was here maybe 10 min. I left my previous company due to same reasons. almost as if they just want to show up. and not do a good job. just a rush.

Poor communication The actual service of pest control is…
The actual service of pest control is very good. The communication with the company however is terrible. I called several days in advance of the treatment to change the date, due to a conflict and they did not tell the service providers, who showed up on the origional date. I tried to talk to the company about it and was sent to a central office (who should have sent the origional request), and they just blew me off. I tired to call a local owner of the company and had no return call. I tired to call twice. The company does not communicate with their service providers.

Your technicians are very friendly and want to help,
but I do feel more frequent service is needed in the beginning to get the bug problem under control. Summer time is a problem.

Thorough, Respectful, Effective
Ryan arrived on time, within the notification window. He explained everything he was doing, and responded to concerns we had due to lots of construction in our neighborhood. He was thorough, addressed our issues, verbally informed me of what he had done both inside and out and followed up with pictures. I must also add that he was concerned about the welfare of our pets, as I attempted to keep both dogs outside while he worked inside. Ryan was friendly to our dog, and made certain no spray would be near her. He is considerate of us, as well as our property and our pets.

Anyone else having problems with mosquitoes?
Every Aptive service person to visit my home has been friendly, professional and eager to solve my mosquito problem. Sadly, I don't think the products they apply are very effective. I think I've averaged a call back every other week this summer and still can't enjoy an unmolested summer evening with my wife or friends on our back patio. I'm very disappointed with the results.

They have good customer service but I haven’t seen any results. Still have the bugs they claim to have deterred.

Sha was amazing! He made sure to address my concerns on how previous treatments didn’t take care of the whole yard. Not only did he treat the yard for the pests in my contract but also gave me new mosquito traps. I hope to see him again!

Spending money monthly for a service that is not working for me. I've found an alternative diy hydrogen proxide treatment mixed with water dish soap clove salt and cream of tarter that is not harmful to my garden or pets. I will honor my contract but after that I'll cancelation my contract.
