Active always did a great job for us in our 2 years with them! They could diagnose whatever we were seeing in our home and take care of it!
The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is because it was so difficult to change times to fit our schedule, so we stopped after our contract ended.

The issue is that I got this to eliminate the bugs in my house and outside and I still have spiders everywhere and mosquitoes everywhere and flies throughout my house so insects in and outside of the house are still a problem

The service was incomplete . The technician did not remove the cobwebs from my exterior. I’m not sure what they are doing at this point

Got the services to control mosquitoes. The applications have little impact after 1-2 days.

I was a bit disappointed that he was not able to treat an active paper wast nest because they can’t use a ladder. Did spray some of the wasps present.

Sales promises that technicians are not delivering
The salesperson promised services that the technicians have not been willing/able to provide. The salesperson told me the entire property would be treated - a key feature of his selling point - but the technicians are only spraying 30 feet from the house. The salesperson also told me they could "take over" from my previous vendor for mice control, including utilizing the existing bait boxes. That also ended up not being true and I had to have a secondary visit in order to deliver new bait boxes that Aptive could use. I have also noticed mosquitos in my yard the last week, and that was another selling point of the salesperson that they would be treating to kill off the mostquitos.

Up to yesterday, I have been very displeased with the Pest Control company. Since switching to this company, my spiders population appears to have quadrupled. Tried to cancel the contract.
Then yesterday, a very nice young Aptive serviceman listened to me, looked at the incredible number of webs on the outside of the house and said he would try to correct the problem.
This remains to be seen, but at least he listened and said he could see my problem.
