Very poor quality product. We ordered barn door hardware and in within months the paint had peeled off almost completely. The hardware is bolted in so trying to remove to return or to even have scraped and repainted will be a complete hassle. Now we're just living with it looking bad.

Hey, Michelle!
We're so sorry you are not satisfied with the quality of your door. Please send me an e-mail [email protected] and we can see if there is anything we can do to make sure you're taken care of.
Thank you!
Hey, Jeff!
Based on your order, you purchased a tear drop latch from us. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, our customer service reps would be more than happy to replace it with a different lock. Please give us a call if you would like further assistance.
Poor customer service: the delivery company that they contract with will demand that you receive the product within 3 days, on a weekday, during an all-day delivery window, and threaten you with charges if you cannot accommodate them. Artisan Hardware will then abdicate any responsibility for this, despite the fact that they have chosen the delivery company, and state that it is the customer's responsibility only to arrange delivery. Very poor and I would not order from this company again.
I looked at a lot of different hardware choices, debating how much to spend, and how big of a difference there was in quality. I am happy to say that Artisan Hardware was an excellent choice all the way around! It arrived in a timely manner, was packaged well, and the quality and durability of the parts was visible immediately.

Hey, Chris! Thank you so much for your feedback, we're so happy you were satisfied with your experience. Thank you for choosing us!
Price is worth the lead time but if you have time to spare I can get these doors built on a 5 week lead time for half the price. The finish is cheap for 1200$ per door.
This is the 2nd handle I purchased to enable my elderly Mother to grip and thereby assist her going up and down my front stairs. Not only is it strong but it is very attractive. I am sure that I will be ordering more of these handles!
