If I could post less than one star I would. Purchased a £40 hoodie for my daughter. The product that turned up barely resembled the item on the website. Photoshopped pictures & no returns
The product pictures on the website are all significantly enhanced compared to the product received. I’ve been attempting to return the product, but am being told that it has to be shipped to China, even though the product was shipped from California. This whole site is noting more than a scam, selling cheap products that are over represented. There is no content on the website that says that returns would require shipping to China. It’s just a ripoff.
Misleading descriptions
I order process was easy. It’s what the description said I ordered, and what finally arrived were entirely different things. I ordered linen blend embroidered shirts as per the description said on the website. What arrived was polyester printed shirts. That would have been ok. But the pattern is so blurry and pixelated you can’t barely tell it’s supposed to be bamboo leaves. Never again. I’ve been trying to return the items but getting in touch with the company is not working. All I keep hearing is we will review your request for returns. That was over a month ago. Never heard back. Also I would have to pay for return shipping if the refund goes through. This company is out of China so what would that cost to ship? I personally would not shop here again.

I want a refund AND an apology

I love the variety of designs available and the quality of the photography. But I was confused about all the discounts offered. There appear to be a multiplicity of discount options but it's impossible to decipher them. I can't even explain it in detail because it's too complicated. When I first went on the site a 50% discount was offered but that quickly disappeared only to be replaced by a 10% discount. Then there were discounts based on how many products I might buy. I finally selected 4 items and ended up with a discount of approximately 20% overall but how I got to that discount was not at all clear. It appears that you offer a multiplicity of discount options to make it appear that the prices are cheaper when you buy more but that appearance is not realized in the final price. I have been looking at your clothing for a long time but have not purchased only because the pricing was so confusing. I finally decided to buy only because I wanted to see the quality of the clothing and find out how long it would take actually to receive the shipment which I fear will be rather a long time. I would love to buy more but I first have to see how the quality of the clothing corresponds to the quality of the photos. I would also like to understand your discount structure which is just too confusing. If it takes weeks for the shipment to arrive that's a big obstacle.

The goods are not as described! All I purchased was supposed to be embroidered. All are poor screen prints at best. Stay away! Customer support is very poor. Reporting to credit card company. Do not purchase from this company
