ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I can't believe the blatent bait and switch this company is running. I ordered 2 very cute knit sweaters that I was really excited to get and what I got was 2 ugly, cheaply printed, itchy, presumably highly flammable (think old-school kids pj's) sweatshirts that I wouldn't spend a cent on if I saw them in a store. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order from them, you will end up feeling pissed off and ripped off.
They are not at all like the pictures shown. They are not embroidered as advertised They are just cheap sweatshirts with the plastic like pictures stamped on them. Don't be fooled just don't buy from this company. Disappointed customer.
Clothes look so cute and then you order... What looks like a nice printed/appliquéd sweatshirt or sweater is made of this horrible plastic feeling material. As usual with Asia based companies, they offer no chance to return for a refund, as it costs more to send it back than the stuff is worth. I would pay a lot more to get clothes that are what they show. Too bad they just scam instead of providing higher quality stuff.
SCAM COMPANY. The clothes are nothing like the pictures. Worst fabric I've ever felt (far worse then Shein or any other online shop). Clothes are advertised as embroidered, but they are not - they are very cheaply laser printed with terrible quality graphics (think pixelated image stolen from google images). Worse company ever. Do not buy.

Gosh! I can just write "ditto" for all the horrible reviews! Cheap polyester fabric instead of the knitted sweaters described. Nothing but delaying tactics when I complain. No credit on the purchase and nothing but the stupid coupons offered. It's sickening that they are allowed to get away with this!
Honestly, have never had such a bad experience with a "company" (if it even is a company, probably some kid in front of a laptop drop shopping, while posting ads on Instagram and TikTok)! Saw some beautiful KNITTED jumpers (emphasis on the knitted) on the site Artssus, so ordered 2 jumpers and a cardigan, which allowed for a free gift with purchase (chose some socks). Was about $78 (even though I'm in the UK), and received an order email. Then waiting and waiting and waiting... so I contact Artssus (owned by Sopula), asking where order is. No response. I email again 3 days later - by which time 2 of the knitted jumpers have arrived. Except they're not knitted jumpers, they're cheap, polyester sweat shirts, with a knitted PRINT on them. Who would wear something so awful, cheap and trashy?! Not only that, but the size XL is like a child's size. I'm a UK size 14, so thought XL would be adequate - I checked the website, did I order kids clothes?! No. They're just cheap, low quality rubbish. I try contacting Artssus again, this time adding in the email for Sopula. They stall with the comms back to me, a few days waiting for their "quality control" to review pictures I've sent of the poor quality items - after opening one jumper and seeing it wasn't actually knitted, I haven't even opened the second. I want to return these for a full refund. Their response, how about you keep these and we'll give you a 30% refund for your trouble... hang about guys, I've only received 50% of my order, the cardigan and socks haven't even arrived, so why would I want a 30% refund when some stuff hasn't even arrived?! They reply again, 50% refund, but I have to send back the items to some address in China, at my expense. Again, I point out that 2 items still haven't arrived, so those 2 should be refunded in their entirety, and the others should be sent back at Artssus/ Sopula's expense, for me to receive a full refund. This is where it has currently been left... let's see what this joke of a company comes back with next?!
This was possibly the worst online clothing shopping I've ever experienced. What I received was so far removed from what was advertised, it was hardly identifiable. I ordered two sweaters which were advertised as knit sweaters with knit cuffs and collar, what I received was a printed polyester sweatshirt, no knit anything, no stitched collar or sleeves, 0% like the pictures. As soon as I received the items I emailed them and told them I needed a return and refund. Seller didn't reply for almost two weeks until I filed a PayPal dispute, then they offered me a discount to keep the items else I have to pay return shipping to China and let them inspect prior to refunding. I would not have paid $5 for what I received let alone $50. Avoid buying anything here.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this fraudulent company! Clearly, the reviews with 4 or 5 stars are fakes. I order “Wildflower Meadow Floral Embroidery Art Cozy Sweater.” The product I received was not at all what appeared in the picture. It was a shabbily printed polyester sweatshirt upon which the sweater design was printed. It is not worth my spit, let alone what I paid for the item. IF I were to return the item, I would have to pay for shipping to a foreign country. It would not be worth it, so I’m not going to try. Simply put, DO NOT BUY FROM ARTSSUS.
Waited ages for items. Items I ordered are not at described. One was supposed to be a knitted jumper... not even close! The sizing chart is useless, I ordered going off the chart on the site. Length of the body part too short but sleeves are way too long. Their refund/ return process is a joke. You have to fight with them to even consider a refund. They kept trying to give me discount vouchers eventhough I said I was not going to order again. They were reluctant to issue refund/return as 'it will take a long time'. Avoid!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered several things. Took over a month to come and the order wasn't complete. Tried to get a refund. Complained a bit more and they finally offered me 10% off to keep the items (still had around £50 worth of order missing) they then mentioned that the remaining order had been cancelled. (But hadn't told me) I said no to the 10%, then they stopped replying. Luckily paid via PayPal and got most of my money back. Avoid!

It is SUSS, you will not receive the items you saw on the website. They use other businesses pictures and send you fake copies. Worst of all are the “embroidered” pieces, you will receive flat prints semi-knock offs.
If I could give this store a negative star I would. Ordered a scarf I was really excited about that claimed to be embroidered. It wasn't. It was a poorly printed on image that didn't look anything like the advertisement. The tassels on it were also not as pictured. When I asked them for a refund they offered me a 15% coupon instead. This store is beyond disappointing in both quality and customer service.

I wish I had found these reviews first. I saw beautiful pictures of knit pieces. That is not what I got. I got sticky and shiny sweatshirt material with the print of knit items poorly placed onto the garments. The stuff was horrible, from texture to smell. The size chart was wildly incorrect, I'm a plus size woman so I read the measurements and go off that not the number, and this wouldn't have fit my 10 year old niece. These items are all from China. Which I was unaware of, my fault. The "refund" process is to offer 15% off coupon for their store, then after saying I will never shop there again I got a "generous" 20% off coupon. I told them to forget it, I'll be throwing the items away. Normally I would donate but the quality is so poor that these items would serve no purpose to anyone who was unlucky enough to receive them.
I am currently 19 emails in regarding their deplorable product and customer service. I received 2 garments which are not at all from the Instagram photos. Stitching not aligned, shiny material, no care tag or label. Not a knit at all but plastic rubbish. I asked to cancel the remaining two garments I ordered and their reply was they would give me 15%off my next order. I replied saying this was unacceptable and got told I could get 20% off. Currently I have two garments I wouldn’t give to an op shop, awaiting two and not heard a thing from them. Do NOT support this disgusting business.
The product is very poor quality. It looks like a photoshop or the real item onto fabric if that's even possible. I tried canceling the order 3 times by following their instructions from the website but never got a response. And then 3 weeks after the initial purchase, I get an emailing confirming its been shipped. I tried again to reach out to tell them I canceled the order without any response. I don't know how to talk to anyone or how to return these cheap items.
Worst sweatshirt I have ever received!! Do not buy! They look nothing like the picture!! They are not easy to workout to get a refund. I literally have to throw these away they are so bad.
