Since I can’t find my review. I’m writing another one. This site is fraudulent! Told me at the beginning that it would be a 1 time fee of $5. I just others reviews that I have read was charged $70. It’s a scam to get you to sign up a subscription and I don’t appreciate it. I have sent an email but have yet to get a response. Oh and don’t try to chat because they charge you for that too. Complete scam! With the exception of Dr Li and her useful advice but I’ve been waiting to get my prescription and have never received it and it’s not at my pharmacy. Will be repotting as well.

Highly predatory practice
I called this number on the advice of a friend for a sudden medical condition I got during a holiday weekend. I spoke to a person who gave me advice. We had about a 10 minute phone call. Then I saw a charge of $70 on my credit card. Then a month later another charge for $65. They evidently signed me up for a recurring subscription of $65 a month WITHOUT TELLING ME. I had no idea that it cost anything at the beginning but I was willing to pay the first $70 which I thought was for the one phone call. Anyway, I contacted them via phone and a robot told me they would cancel "my subscription" (that I never signed up for) so I am out another $65 and I hope they really cancel me or I will have to cancel this credit card and get a new one. I find this practice highly predatory and illegal. Not once did anyone ask my permission to sign me up for a recurring subscription at such a fee.

Had a small medical issue when working in the garden ( toxic plants)
Had a small medical problem when working in the garden. ( toxic plants) Was not sure if emergency room was required. Looked up a nurses help line online Was connected to Dr Li Dr Li assessed the situation and advised what to do. Dr Li was very polite and professional and actually great to work with and took my problem seriously . This was a great solution, not having to go to a hospital or make a doctors appointment but still getting immediate help.
Concerns about Travelling
I was extremely impressed with the prompt response to my concerns about my husbands health. Your questions and advice were valued especially when we travelling for many this evening to Australia.
