ACC is owned by the Dillon family who have been in the bus business since 1918! We have two locations to serve you, one in Linthicum, Maryland near BWI airport and one in Hagerstown, Maryland. Our fleet sizes include 34 passenger, 47 passenger and 55 passenger deluxe motor coaches. Amenities include Wifi, restrooms, reclining seats, DVD, PA, A/C as well under bus luggage space. There was timely communication when services were booked, the drivers arrived early on the day of the event, and they communicated everything clearly throughout our event. Excellent service and extremely professional. If other opportunities arise, we will definitely reach out to Atlantic Coast Charters again. Thank you for a wonderful field trip.
Had an 9am to 9pm trip to Atlantic City Resorts, had to call company to find out where bus and driver were. Bus driver had not been to destination before ( he stated so) and when we arrived there he went to the valet parking. The bathroom had a very strong smell and had hot air coming up through the bowl part , cup holders were broke just not suitable for some older people. When we departed to return back on way driver started to nod (as if going to sleep).Don't get me wrong driver was very nice and all, but our last trip with your company was Awesome and this time it was the PITS .Sorry but not sure will deal with company in future.
I am really sorry for your poor experience. This particular driver is new to the company and has been to Atlantic City prior! We may need to work with him further or re-evaluate his employment. I will personally look at the bus condition and makes sure it is improved upon. If you would like to give us a another chance we can work out a discount on a future trip.
My elementary school choir had a wonderful experience with Atlantic Coast Charters. Ryan was an awesome driver and very accommodating.
What a great company! We lucked into riding with ACC for the first time for a school trip this year. From the first day when I spoke with April to book our trip until the day we went, we felt valued as customers. Emails and calls were always taken care of promptly and professionally. The buses were spotless and our drivers, Al and Robert, were wonderful. They cared about our students safety and balanced this with knowing they are kids and wanting them to have a great trip. Our trip was on a Friday, and the first thing I did on Monday was book our trip with ACC for next year!

The bus was exceptionally clean, the bus driver was friendly, courteous, accommodating, and most of all a safe driver.
My faculty said they would recommend your bus service to all. Bus driver was patient with students and was efficient. Thank you for another successful trip.
A pretty good trip, but one of the two drivers was very short with us when one of the children got sick on the bus. Also their driving was agressive -- not accustomed to being two feet behind another bus going 55 miles an hour. Plus side - buses were clean and in good condition and we departed and returned on time.

We have used Atlantic Coast Charters for 3 outings this year. All 3 have been AMAZING! Their drivers are the most courteous, friendly, and easy going we have ever used. I run 7 field trips a year and I never worry when we book Atlantic Coast Charters. They are economical, hard working, and willing to work with us on any budget, within reason. I can't recommend Atlantic Coast Charters enough. Just don't take them on days we need them, ok? :)
Our 5th grade trip to Mt. Vernon was excellent. The drivers were early and very hospitable. I felt very safe taking 110 kids on the Atlantic Coast Charter buses. I would definitely use their company again!
