Buyer be aware: My experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. They quoted a fare price to ship my college students vehicle, quote was accepted and documents signed. Everything seemed fine until a few days leading up to the scheduled pickup. That’s when they said everything was scheduled and the driver would send me his information. On the day of pick up, after calling they suddenly informed me the driver broke down, then he had an accident and we needed to find another driver. They found a driver but could not get there until the following day. They reassured me we would have a driver the following morning. That came and went with no driver. 24 hours after the scheduled pick up they called and claimed they couldn’t find a driver for the price they had already agreed to. Their “solution” was to nearly Tripple the price and pressure me into paying more. Almost $4000 for a 1600 mile trip. I refused to be taken advantage of, and reminded them they are in breach of the agreement. I then cancelled and drove the car to my destination and arrived just in time to move into the dorm. Commincation was poor and they did not schedule properly. In fact they said the price I was quoted was a mistake because the final destination was not on a scheduled route and out of the way. Hence the increase in price. That is totally BS. They had weeks to plan this move and did nothing expect cause my family mental anguish. So which is it, the quote was done wrong, driver broke down, accident or lack of planning and follow through. I did my part, they did not. In my opinion, the company operates in a completely unacceptable fashion. They advertise one price, wait until customers are committed, then try to raise the cost at the last possible moment. Whether that’s poor management or a deliberate business practice, the result is the same: customers are left frustrated, wasting time, and scrambling to find another transporter or having to drive themselves. I would never trust this company with my vehicle or my money again. If you value your time, your wallet, and your peace of mind, choose another shipping company. There are plenty of honest businesses out there this was not one of them.

The experience was painless

The experience was painless They picked up the car and delivered it with no troubles at all. Nick Meran was c the dispatcher and he was detailed and helpful and the server GAmblet was constantly letting me know where he was on his route. Thank you for getting the car to my daughter in college

I had a great experience working with Nick to ship my car from California to Texas. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. Nick was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the transportation process. My car arrived safely, and everything went as expected. Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They gave me a quote to ship my vehicle, and I accepted it in good faith. Everything seemed fine until the morning of the scheduled pickup. That’s when they suddenly called and claimed they couldn’t find a driver for the price they had already agreed to. Their “solution” was to nearly double the price and pressure me into paying more. When I refused to be taken advantage of, they threatened to charge me a cancellation fee even though they were the ones who failed to honor the original agreement. It felt like I was being punished for refusing to pay their last-minute price increase. Trying to reach customer service was another disaster. My calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and the only time I could get someone to respond was when I called from my business phone. Once they realized I wasn’t giving in to their demands, communication practically disappeared. In my opinion, the way this company operates is completely unacceptable. They advertise one price, wait until customers are committed, then try to raise the cost at the last possible moment.
