Rachell was able to review the information I provided and appears to have addressed the issues. She stated I would receive confirmation regarding my refund within 2 days. I was unaware that I would be charged ~$7 for shipping which may be taken off my refund. This charge was not noted on the original purchase receipt.

Rachel was my representative and she has worked very hard to solve my issue. She was polite and has called me back to see if issues fixed. Atom X is so easy to navigate with the charging case and like the Bluetooth is so easy for streaming and phone calls.

Robin was able to assist me with hints on how to securely insert my right Atom X in Canel hearing aid. In addition she was able to look up and provide detail information and pricing on two types of oversized ear domes. I was very satisfied with her customer service and helpfulness. .

I I upgraded my Atom X to an ion Pro 2 and am very happy with this model. I had some questions and I spoke with Alan who had a great deal of patience understanding my awkward questions. I learned more about the rocker panel and its uses. I was very pleased with the ease of returning the Atom x.
