Excellent service from Allan. Struggled to connect for streaming. He made several suggestions and finally left me downloading latest iOS version on phone. Allan said he would call back the next morning(this suited me best) and further advice got things sorted. So good that he called back as agreed, not all customer service staff do this (other companies)
