This company is terrible
This company is terrible, part of the process is to link your bank account, they pulled the wrong routing number, never sent the money and continued to charge interest even though I did not receive the money. when I tried to call no one could help and they refuse to get me to a supervisor. you would think with their exorbitant service fee they would be able to help you get your funds. I have done multiple loans with other companies and have not had any issues at all, do yourself a favor and get your loan somewhere else.

My credit card is set to expire at this…
My credit card is set to expire at this month. Haven't received a replacement. Waited all month. Called customer service and asked when the card was sent. Guy says they are sent out automatically for cards that are set to expire. Asked him to verify the address that it was sent to just to make sure it was the correct adress. Guy said he couldn't provide me the address. I had to give the address. I gave him the address and he said oh there different. Asked what I need to do since the was to an address that he refused to give me. He said oh we have 1 more day to see if your going to get the card. (It's the 29th the end of the month is the 30th). I said I'm not going to get the new card by tomorrow because it was sent to the wrong address. So what do I need to do? The guy says oh you'll need to call back tomorrow when the card expires. I said why do I need to call back tomorrow when I'm talking to you now? Why cant you help now instead of making me call back when my card is expired? The guy said oh we have one more day until your card expires hopefully you'll get your replacement by tomorrow. I said you just said the address i provided didn't match the address the card was sent to so I'm sure not going to receive it. I would just like to get my card sent to the correct address. Guy says oh your current card is good until the tomorrow so just call back to tomorrow and we'll address the issue. I said I'm speaking to you now and trying to get the issue address and resolved before my card expires. Can you not do that? Guy you'll need to call back tomorrow and then we'll address the issue. It's pretty aggravating when I called to check on a replacement for my current card that is expiring only to find out that they sent my new card to a worng address they refused to provide and then refused to resolve or address the issue until my card expires. Instead of addressing the issue and getting a replacement card sent to the correct address I have to let my expire before they will do anything. Terrible customer service.
