Slooooooooooooow shipping…it physically hurt it took so long
****UPDATE: The company reached out to me directly and refunded not only the single piece that was late, but my entire order and told me to keep all items as a show of good faith. I would be willing to try them again and am happy with this outcome. Quality of product remains very good and fit is true to size. A very good product overall.****
Product quality was great & sizing was correct, however, I ordered 2.5 weeks before Valentine’s Day because this was a gift, and the item didn’t arrive till more than a month th after the holiday had passed. No explanation was given when I reached out to “customer service” as to why it was so late, when it would arrive, or if it would arrive…they were worthless. Doubt I’d shop this company again, they are just too unreliable and pretty much ruined my ability to pull off v-day as a hero. What a shame.

Perfect size chart and soft fabric made it very pleasing

My item arrived open and dirty like it had been used. The package had teeth marks all over it, like a dog or cat had chewed on it. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The quality of the product is not quite as good as I expected it to be. Sizing was good for the most part. One piece of lingerie was a little on the bigger size compared to how well the other 4 fit..
Update to this review. The company did refund my money on the panty that was not a good fit.
