wouldn’t even rate this half a star. ordered my prom dress in JANUARY hoping to get it by MAY. site only states 3-5 day shipping, nothing about tailoring time or how long it will take. my dress wasn’t even custom fitted. emailed and asked when i would have my dress by. they said they’ll send me an email WHEN THEY GET-STARTED ON IT, then it will take 25-32 DAYS FOR TAILING AND UNCUSTOM FIT DRESS. & THEN the 3-5 day shipping. i wouldn’t even have it by my prom date. tried to cancel my order and they said they couldn’t because it’s already made. well if it’s already made can you send it?
I was super skeptical about buying my prom dress from this place. I will honestly have to say, for the price, it is exceptional. I will say to be prepared to receive a dress similar (not a complete replica) of the dresses they post online. But I honestly have no complaints! I’m in love with my dress and I’m so excited to wear it for my prom and I would buy from them again! It was cheap but still beautifully made and unique.
Babyonlinedress created a beautiful wedding dress for me. It was extremely elegant and timeless. I wanted a vintage wedding dress and they nailed it! They custom fitted the dress to where it fit like a charm, and had express shipping so I received my dress a lot quicker than expected. I plan on ordering from them again when the military ball comes around.
Beautiful dress..I was skeptical buying my daughter a wedding dress without seeing it or her trying it on but we were pleasantly surprised. It fit her like it had been tailored for her and looked very beautiful. Everyone complemented her on it.
amazing!!!! first of the seller communicated thoroughly she made sure the dress was fitted to my needs although she is far away lol, she even made some altering since im pregnant , & she made sure dress arrived before wedding, I definitely recommend her !!! she's amazing and the dress is GORGEOUS!!! its high quality material, and great price! definitely worth the money
i am extremely happy with the dress. The customer service was excellent. I wanted it to be slightly large as I was planning on one fitting so I was not disappointed.
I am 5.1 and 160lbs. I usually wear dress size 10-12 but I ordered 16 it was still a little tight. So I returned and order 17 plus size as that was the next size available. The seller contacted me asking for custom size and she/he custom made it for me.... awesome customer service...great price... comfortable material and fast shipping..... I am extremely happy with my purchase and will highly recommend.
This dress looks exactly like the picture and the quality and fit are on par with the very affordable price. Perfect for a wedding on a major budget. Bought it for my sister for her small family wedding.
I ordered the dress in enough time to make sure since the price made me feel it may not work out. I was SO wrong! The dress is gorgeous and fit great! I just got the chance to try it on with the petty coat and it is all I expected it to be. I'm a short girl 5'2 and with heels and petticoat it lays right where it should. Keep in mind it has to go to the cleaners to be pressed and ready but I thought I'd share for anyone looking to actually see what it looks like. Best $53 ever spent! Most people think I paid waaaaaaay more than that on this dress. I'm so happy with it.
I ordered dress for dance, the dress came 2 weeks late. I guess I should have read the return policy or lack of return policy as they will not allow returns even if it is there fault. The dress did not look like the picture and would never wear it if It had been on time. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
all 3 dresses were absolutely disgusting. how ever you can rip the dresses up for rags for cleaning. but even then, the material itself isn't good, so you end up throwing the rags out after one use of cleaning...
im 5'9, 62 kgs and i ordered medium. check measurements prior to ordering, it was ok. dresses were $200+ usd.
email them about unnecessary colour change, falling apart material and wrong sizing, with pictures of proof. and boy oh boy, let me tell ya, you would find a new talent... called keyboard ninja. you would reply so fast after learning that they only reply back once a day, hoping if you type fast enough, you would be a chosen one and get not just one, but 2 emails for the day. refused refund, made a ton of excuses.
if you want a wild and memorable experience...why not give it a go and purchase from this dreamy online site, it would only cost your time, money, and your soul.

My first purchased with this store was a nice dress, that fits properly and decent quality; so i decided to buy again, but this time the dress didn't match the size chart that they provided, so was small on me, I have been back and forth with emails with their "costumer service" for 9 days to return the dress and wishing to get my refund back as per their policies to buy another dress. but the only thing that they are offering is a "partial refund" for me to tailor a dress that DO NOT FIT ON ME.

Disgusting company!! The dress I purchased looked NOTHING like the picture on their website. There was a choice of size & colour (never a mention of it being “custom made”)
I have sent over a dozen emails back to the company and they just keep stuffing me around, telling me the dress was custom made for me and even though it’s way too big and looks NOTHING like the picture “it’s still a pretty dress”!! They wouldn’t give me a return address until I threatened legal action, and then told me I could return it to them but they couldn’t guarantee they could give me a 100% refund and if it got “lost” on the way back to them they would not be able to refund me at all!! Soooo angry right now!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
When I received the dress, the zipper didn't work and I had to get the dress altered, which cost me $40. I sent an email and got a quick reply, They offered me a 30% refund (which I think is ridiculous) for the cost of the repair, but were generous enough to offer me more. However, the zipper replacement ended up redundant as it was the cut/make of the dress inhibited the zip from moving more that half-way up the dress. I contacted customer services and after 4 days i hadn't received a reply, not until I started a live chat on their website, was I able to get a response from the company. They also made the train of my dress absurdly long, which did not match the image, so I had to get that altered also (costing me a further $55), I also had to attempt to fix the 'broken' zip, costing me another ($30). At this point, I'd had enough trips to the tailors and requested a refund. I was even more disappointed because I had spent an additional $28 to have the dress custom made.
It has now been a month and still no response.
Although the quality of the dress is adequate, spending $153 in extras was not worth purchasing from this website again.
(fyi. this dress is for my graduation and I did not have time to go searching for another dress and I was not expecting to encounter so many problems, hence why I paid so much in repairs.)
awful company. They made wrong size even though l spent 50 bucks to have it custom made, the material was disgusting and to top it off they didn't even respond to my email! DO NOT SHOP HERE l am so angry. what a waste of money
