Really good prices on premium gear. Picked up an awesome winter Sleeping Bag and then a 38L Pack that I will use in the spring for 25% off plus free shipping - the lowest prices I have seen for those items (and I look around constantly). They really made my winter with the Sleeping Bag. Going to be nice and warm. Will be back.
The experience to guide you in the right direction
Stopped in there a couple times over the years and they always have all the best obscure stuff no one else carries and the staff is beyond knowledgeable. You can tell these guys get out and live what they sell. And love what they sell!

It's always 'GREAT' when a Customer finds 'In This Case' a 'MUCH LOWER PRICE' for a simple 8 oz Plastic Alcohol Fuel Bottle with it's manufacturer's Expensive Name permanently printed on the bottle 'plus' the ridiculous high American profit markups making these Vargo Fuel Bottle (s) way over priced! I have purchased several other products at Backcountry Gear all at lower prices, without any doubt BCG has 'Earned' a life long 'Customer!
