This £319 (a1 combo) 3D printer is SO CHEAP for what you get and the quality is absolutely fantastic compared to £6k of just 3 years ago. I thought that I would never own one (just 'send out' print files) this changes the game. Filament and parts are also super affordable so I'll be experimenting with materials too

Only had prnter a little over a month

Only had prnter a little over a month. It started out OK but now nothing but problems. Filament keeps getting stuck in extruder. Bambu is supposed ti have a 1 year warranty but takes forever to get a response and they tell you to fix it yourself. Had to disassemble extruder numerous times to cut filament out. Keep getting cutting error and now The toolhead is malfunctioning message. Fan running fast and nonstop and nozzel wont heat. Do not buy a p1s they are junk. Dont support this company in general unless you want problems after problems and not get the warranty you are supposed to get. Im tired of this pile of junk.

Bambu lab slicer is well made and constructed, i like that you have so many options to costomize my print. I just got X2D and i am enjoying printing with it. I personaly think that bambu is the best 3d printer brand. But the only bad thing was that the prints could be a smoother.

Well-organized platform with a huge selection – with a small search hurdle I think the website together with MakerWorld is very well-organized and clearly structured. There is a huge selection of all kinds of things—from useful everyday items to pure decoration. The only thing that can be a bit tricky is finding the exact model you want: you often have to experiment and search using different terms (sometimes in German, sometimes in English) to get the right results. Overall, though, it’s a really great platform!

Incorrect invoicing of intra-Community VAT; unable to obtain corrected invoices or a VAT refund. Poor accounting record-keeping. Fehlerhafte Abrechnung der innergemeinschaftlichen Mehrwertsteuer; keine Möglichkeit, korrigierte Rechnungen oder eine Mehrwertsteuerrückerstattung zu erhalten. Mangelhafte Buchführung.

A1 3D printer

My son has this product, brought for his birthday on the 14th October literally 2 days ago and already a fault. The plastic has melted inside the 3d unit whilst creating a dragon. Very disappointing and completely shocking this has happened.

Paper weight after 3 short months

When I purchased this printer I thought I was buying a product that would just work. A product that would do what I wanted with minimal tinkering. Now I have a printer that is a giant paper weight after a short 3 months. I have been working with support for a little under a month now. Some of that has been finding time after work to play printer technician and waiting on parts. We started with an offset calibration sensor, then an eddy sensor, and now they're saying the right hot end needs to be replaced but I already did that and communicated that in the previous ticket reply. I suspect I am dealing with a AI support bot. I should not be having these problems after a short 3 months. The good (kind of): The printer worked well straight out of the box, albeit breifly. Customer support has been responsive, though, I am not certain if I am working with a real person. The bad: The printer started having a nozzle offset failure after 3 months. No tinkering or swapping hot ends on my end. Just random hobby printing. I do not like to tinker. I bought this product hoping that minimal tinkering would be required. Support seems to be just guessing at the issue. The eddy sensor replacement was an awful part to have to replace. Even more so when it does nothing to resolve the issue.

tipsa

Hi, I have a serious problem with Bambu Lab because here in Mallorca, they have hired the worst shipping company that exists (Tipsa). They have a 1.6 rating on Google because they don’t deliver packages on time, or they arrive damaged, and when you complain, they laugh in your face. Come on, Bambu Lab as a company needs to choose its subcontracted companies well because it makes them look bad. I am absolutely furious because I’ve been getting emails for two days saying it’s going to arrive and it doesn’t, which is a complete waste of time. On top of that, the company (Tipsa) doesn't pick up the phone; it looks like they have caller ID and just ignore the calls. Frankly, I put the blame entirely on Bambu Lab for not choosing their delivery companies properly

Good service, but feedback fatigue is real.

The service was good and met my expectations. Everything worked as it should, and I have no complaints. However, I’m increasingly tired of being asked to review every purchase, product and service I use. What seems like a small request from one company becomes a constant demand on customers’ time when everyone does it. Asking for feedback is itself part of the customer experience. And when everyone keeps asking, it starts to make that experience worse. I would happily answer a few quick questions in a short internal survey, but I don’t want to write a public review every time a company simply delivers what I paid for.
