WORST company to buy any case from. They have ZERO customer service, never answer emails and ship their stuff on the slowest boat they can get out of China. Order the Bare Armour for the 15PM took they about 7 days just to ship it, NO notification at all that it was ever shipped. I only found out the tracking number after signing into my account on their site. Took over 30 days to finally receive the case. The Bare Armour is nothing more than an OVERPRICED case from Amazon. This exact same case on Amazon is $19.00 Do yourself a favor and Avoid THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Never. Ever. Never. Ever. Buy from Bare Cases !!! Their service is CRAP. Two (2) month’s delivery time! Could’ve gone to china myself quicker. Had to pay 25€ customs! The case cost me 100€!!! And…. my credit card was hacked which cost me 221€ as well. The case itself is good to look at and that’s all. It’s very slippery which could cause my 1700€ iPhone to fall. Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else and safe. Bare Cases is… Not. Worth. Your. Money!!!
SCAM site! AVOID BUYING
I should have just came in here earlier. Ordered mine on 27 December 23 and till date 7 Jan24, product still yet to receive. Sent them multiple emails and likewise didn’t get any response. This is a SCAM!!!!
Ridiculous Delays and Poor Customer Service
I initially placed my order on 11th October 2023, expecting the advertised 5-7 days delivery to the UK. I received notice the order had dispatched on 13th October. Two weeks later I still had not received the case, so emailed in to their customer service team. I recieved a response 4 days later, basically telling me to wait for the order. I responded saying I wasn’t happy to continue waiting and instead wanted a refund. Four days later I was told that as the parcel had been dispatched I would need to send this back to them at my cost whenever it did arrive. Each time they emailed back I was told to bare with them whilst they investigated with the shipper. I was then informed that the shipper had not processed the item, and that they were dispatching a replacement via express (28/11/23). I received an order dispatch email on the 22/12/23 saying the replacement haf been sent. It took nearly a month for a replacement item to be organised, still no refund/compensation and I finally received the case on Jan 3rd after waiting nearly 3 months. It would have been quicker to travel to China myself and walk back, will never be shopping here again,
Delayed Delivery and Misleading Product Description
My experience with Bare-cases.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for a phone case advertised to be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of a series of disappointments and frustrations. Firstly, the delivery timeframe mentioned on their website is utterly misleading. Instead of receiving my case within the promised window, I ended up waiting 5 weeks. During this period, my phone and screen were left vulnerable, resulting in scratches that could have been easily avoided had the case arrived on time. Upon finally receiving the case, I was further dissapointed to find that the product didn't match the description. The Titanium grey case I ordered was a completely different shade – a clear indication of false advertising and misrepresentation of their products. What's even more infuriating is their appalling customer service. When I reached out to address these issues and request either a refund or assistance, they offered no viable solutions. Instead, they insisted on charging a ridiculous 20% restocking fee plus the shipping costs if I wanted to return the item. It felt like they were penalizing me for their own shortcomings and false claims. I documented every interaction and disputed the transaction with my bank, highlighting the discrepancy between the promised delivery time and the actual delay, as well as the mismatched product received. Moreover, I reported this deceitful behavior to the Federal Trade Commission. It became apparent through online research that my ordeal was not an incident; numerous customers have faced similar issues, waiting for months on end for their orders with no resolution in sight. Be aware!!!! If you take the little plastic pouch of the case you CANNOT return it that’s their policy ! There’s also no any sort of warning on packaging regarding this. Case itself is as Alibaba as it gets and the “titanium color” is really just an ugly brown

Ordere a month ago, still havent revceived my order.... Would not recommend if you don't have months to wait for your product.

Very lousy, took 1+ months to deliver. Screen protector not waterproof, watermarks appeared under the protector after phone got wet
BAREly acceptable products
I would highly not recommend any purchases from this company. I am an unfortunate customer of their Bare Armour and Bare Naked cases for me and my wife's new iPhone 15 pro max and I can tell you from first hand experience, they are the most awful cases I have had the pleasure to own. In barely over a month, both cases are degrading. The Bare Armour case has its soft touch coating flaking off already near the lens and its magnetic pull is very weak and BAREly holds on to the mag safe accessories. the Bare Naked case is BAREly any better, and is already warping and barely holding on to the phone. I currently have it in place with double sided case for the time being until I get a new one from Spigen. This is in addition to the fact that I was kept waiting almost a month for them to arrive in the first place and with unresponsive email support.
STAY AWAY! Do not buy! You been warned!

Most terrible support ever, never recieved the order.
1. When i ordered the case and screenprotector the product page told it will be send at the end of the week. After ordering and not recieving a update about shipping i contacted support and they told me that they had issues with production and it took another 6 weeks before my order will ship. 2. I asked kindly multiple times to cancel the screenprotector since i got one somewhere else. You don't want your new phone waiting for over 8 weeks before you can put a screenprotector on, it was not possible to cancel the screenprotector since the order was already ' processed '. Funny notice, so you can't send the order since there are production issues but you aren't able to remove 1 product out of a not processed order yet? 3. Finally the order has shipped on 16 october, after waiting almost 3 weeks it isn't delivered yet, the track and trace claims ' Arrived at processing centre (inward office of exchange) ' for over 3 weeks. IF support respond to my e-mails, instagram message, chatbox on the website they just ignore the shipping question, tells me everytime ' hey, sorry for the problems here is another 20% discount code ' like i would ever buy something again from this fraud company. Since a few days they don't respond anywhere anymore and ghosting a lot of other customers aswel (check instagram)
Poor adhesive on screen protector
50 dollar screen protector with install kit leaves a bunch of tiny bubbles after installation. Followed their instructions to the letter. I’m guessing the adhesive they use is poor. Bubbles can be moved around but will never go away. Don’t waste your money. They won’t replace or refund once it’s been applied.

KEEP CLEAR - THEY WON'T REPLY TO EMAILS
This company absolutely just will not reply to emails! I received the order as expected but needed to return it, their website says to email them to start a return, but they won't reply to the email!!! So there is categorically no way of returning anything. This is maddening as a customer.
Does not reply to emails, has not shipped product
I ordered almost 2 weeks ago, with express shipping. My case has still not shipped. I've sent multiple emails to BARE asking for an update/information on my order and all have been ignored. Who knows when/if my case will ever ship at this point. Terrible experience, I will never buy anything from this company again and am advising everyone I know to stay well clear. DON'T waste your money and your time, buy your case elsewhere.

Great iPhone Case at a great price! I ordered a phone case for my iPhone 14 and my Bare Case looks great. It looks professional which is great for my job and it feels great in my hand also. Delivery was quick and the price was great. I highly recommend ordering a phone case from Bare Cases!
This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They shipped mag wallet over a month after I ordered it. When I returned it at my expense, they acknowledged the Rey it refused to issue a refund. I would not buy anything from them.

Past due exchange honoured, excellent product
Don exchanged my wrongly ordered case even when I discovered it was past the exchange date. He was super efficient and I returned and got the exchange in less than a week. I’m very grateful and very impressed by the excellent customer service. The case feels good to the touch and I love everything about it.
