The least I want now is a refund but can’t seem to contact anybody. I definitely wouldn’t use or recommend this company. AVOID at all costs!
For such a slick website and adverts they are really disappointing. Unfortunately one of those promise the world but deliver nothing type of companies. Ordered 11-Oct, money taken straight away, nothing delivered and despite x2 emails to customer support heard nothing back. Same review now from a lot of others so not just me. If their business model is to take your money, deliver nothing and annoy you then you've ticked all the boxes!
Do not buy from this company. I placed an order on the 11th October for a new phone case and screen protector. I've heard nothing since even after contacting customer services everyday via email. Don't waste your money, complete scam!!
Customer service is completely unresponsive! I purchased two cases over a week ago, and despite their claim of shipping within 4-7 business days, there has been no progress. I've reached out to Bare's customer service twice for assistance, but I've received no reply. This is by far the worst company I've dealt with. I strongly advise against buying anything from their website. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll be filing a claim with my bank. **UPDATE:** As of November 13, 2024, I have finally received the items I purchased on October 12, 2024. The customer service acknowledged the shortage as the primary reason for the extended shipping time. They informed me that the items would be dispatched as soon as possible. Two weeks later, they shipped the items. The phone cases are of high quality and meet my expectations. This has prompted me to increase my star rating from one to three.

UPDATE: Case finally arrived 6 weeks after ordering. No delivery update from a purchase 4 weeks ago. No reply from customer services until I chased at which point all they say is please don’t send multiple emails or it risks going to the bottom of the queue.

Just shocking how bad this company is. It’s been two weeks since I placed my order and I’ve received no communication from them about it. I’ve emailed three times now and received no response from their help team. Assuming my order does arrive, I will be returning it (despite the fact they make you pay for return postage and a 15% restocking fee). I wish I’d looked on here first before ordering, avoid like the plague. Update - I have now since heard back from Bare who said they had stock issues with the product I had ordered. Think comms need to improve but to their credit, they apologised and offered me a full refund.

This company has gone downhill. If you have any issues with your order good luck. My order came 2 weeks late and was missing the screen protector. Trying to get ahold of customer service is a nightmare. They will get back to you through email whenever they feel like it. When I told them about my missing screen protector I was asked to take pictures of the packaging and box it came in. This does not prove anything, I could just take a picture of these and leave the screen protector out of the photo. I’ve worked in customer service and shipping and receiving before. If someone who has had a bad experience with your shipping comes and says they are missing a 10 dollar item, you just send the ten dollar item. The result is now I’m writing this review. Don’t waste your money on Bare Cases. It’s so bad it almost feels like a scam. The case itself is not anything special and I feel like when I ordered from them 5 years ago it was a different company. The case was better and the customer service was actually doing what they were supposed to in a timely manner. Just buy an otter box or check out Casetify. They actually come on time and are a proper e-commerce company not trying to scam you. Thanks for nothing Bare, you successfully made a customer so angry that now instead of recommending your products I will actively make sure people don’t consider buying them.
I would like to provide a review of the case.... but its been 3 weeks and still isn't here yet - so don't believe the 4-7 business day delivery promise! will update if and when I get the case.
It took me exactly a full month to receive a simple screen protector. They rarely answer your email so you have to keep sending them until they respond. Also they claim to hide scratches already on the phone screen and that is a lie. It doesn’t hide any scratch, hairline or bigger.
THEY HAVE BECOME SCAMMERS! Ive been ordering from Bare for over 6 years. It has never been any problems, but as of the last year they have become a total dissaster!!! I ordered the Naked case for iphone 15 pro, but had to get it replaced due to it warping and become too loose. They have most certain changed something with the quality. The case is useless after 2 months and has happned for the second time. For the third time, they told me they will replace it 3 weeks ago, no update since. Ive sent mails upon mails but they just answer with what seems as auto emails. First two weeks they couldnt tell me why it was not sent, and would not answer unless i bombarded them with mails. Totally delayd gettikg back to me. The third week they told me suddenly it was out og stock, wich is pretty weird when the online store has it in stock and has had it all this time. Its sad what they have become. I will never order from them again, and advise you to stay away if you are looking for any replacements.
