Just at the outset he made the overwhelming task of understanding the process of setting up this service very comfortable for me, i was at great ease throughout the setup process with his calming voice & approach. I'm new to baselane but I can say this... As a newer landlord who's just getting familiar with baselane, it doesn't take long to get the hang of it. Yes, it can be a little overwhelming at first BUT after sitting at the computer for a couple of hours to find my way around and organize my properties, I'm finding that baselane really makes it all very simple and user friendly. You can really do everything under one roof.
