Shipping was on time but you guys sent me a helmet that has the paint chipped off on the side. Looks like it was dropped on concrete

Brendan I wish you would have reached out to us so we could get the helmet replaced for you. Being that the colored helmets come directly from our vendor , we never get to see them for quality control . Please let us know how we can help make this right . We are here to help.

Exceptional Customer Service!
Ordered a couple bats on Batflipshop.com and there was a delay in shipping with their provider and they communicated with me the whole way through the process. Could not have been nicer and apologized for the delay. Based off the customer service they provided me, I will continue to use Batflipshop.com and highly recommend them and already have a few teammates order from them!
