Paid extra for quick delivery... so I could give as a gift. Took too long to to deliver despite extra chatge...told I ordered too late in day and post office doesnt deliver on holidays after I received item too late to give as gift as planned...no refund given for above reasons. Excuses for delay but no refund of additional $20 fee. Will not use this site again...Pandora charms available through a multitude of more reliable vendors.
Very prompt, and courteous service, graet sales events, and very popular, timeless and lovely products. Could not ask for more in a business!
Easy to order, great charms, fast service, and dependable! Highly recommend for Pandora products!
Great selection of charms for the bracelet
Prompt service , delivery was quick.
Quality prices
Ordering and receiving the product was easy and quick. I am disappointed that it did not clean my bracelet. I have called around to find a store that has that tumbler that cleans it but no one has one. I love my bracelet but don’t think I’ll ever wear it again.
No wait, wonderful customer service
Love this site! They always ship very fast and packaged nicely
Quick & fast. As described and in the picture.
Ease in ordering and received very quickly. Loved that didn’t have to pay shipping.
The charm I received did not fit on my granddaughters bracelet. She is unable to where this, it’s very small.
I recieved what I asked for. It arrived ahead of the arrival date.
Fast shipping, easy website to manage. Though I was concern about the products being original Pandora items but my worries was put in to rest once I got my shipment. Super excited to wear them. I recently had to re pierced my ears. Need silver earrings.
I had no issues with the store. My order was correct & package nicely
