I agree the shipping costs of $10 were part of the invoice, and the charm did arrive when promised and it was of good quality, and warrantied a rating greater than 1. But, when it arrived postage due, the USPS had to collect an additional $3.81. Insufficient postage at your end did result in additional shipping fees. Had I not paid the postage due, the USPS would not have given me the package, and I would be empty handed in the gift giving department. Other sites offered free shipping, but I elected to pay for the shipping thinking the charm would arrive sooner than what the free shipping sites offered. Guess that's the penalty for thinking. Please remove me from any mailing or notifications lists. Made my first and last purchase here.

Hi Kent, You placed your order on Sunday, June 9th, when we were closed, therefore, your order was processed on Monday and picked up from the Post Office that day. Day one would be the 11th, day 2 the 12th and day 3 the 13, which is the day it arrived. You did receive your order in the 2-4 day timeframe. We also did not charge you an extra $3.81 shipping as he noted in the review. You paid $85 for the charm, and $10.00 for the shipping, which you chose, and $7.65 for sales tax which is a total of $102.65, the total we charged. We sent you an E-mail and asked you to please call us back so we can discuss this, however, we have not heard back from you. Please call us at 800-878-7868.
