I needed a replacement touch screen for a machinery monitoring system as the previous unit had gone blank all of a sudden.
I ordered the new screen and the team at Beetronics responded with options to investigate the reason for the failure to avoid my paying for a new one unless it was required.

Once I found Beetronics website, they had exactly what I was looking for in a 16x9 monitor. I was unable to find any on Amazon or other places I searched.

When I received my packages, I noticed right off the bat how well the monitor was packaged because it is a fairly heavy monitor.
It is very well constructed and I’m sure we will get good use out of it once I receive my new CNC machine in. I ordered the tabletop stand for mine. Everything lined up with precision. The only issue I had with the monitor Was getting the screws started that mounted the Monitor to the base, it appeared to have some paint on the leading threads. Once I got that cleared up, they screwed in with no Issues.
