All questions answered. Driver did not want to pick us up curbside like he was supposed too when we arrived. Hospital was very clean. The consent forms were not explained well. I feel like the consents should have been written in English. I think they should have more staff that speaks English. Though we were able to get by using the translation app. Overall a good experience! I definitely recommend BeLite!
The surgery went well. My daughter had surgery there almost 4 years ago. When she was there she got better customer service. We asked for a pillow and blanket it never came, they took our dinner order twice and it never came. My daughter was never offered any food or drink. When my daughter had her surgery her companion was fed lunch and dinner every day and made sure there was bottled water in the room. I was disappointed at how we were treated by staff.
I had a great experience with BeLite. Joann is wonderful. Everything was explained in detail, all questions answered and they were very organized. I even asked to speak directly to the doctor and he called me back in a timely manner with the reassurance I needed. Hospital was very clean.
