The shipping took a while, but with that issue isn’t the seller’s fault. I was a bit surprised at the fabric of the hat. It looks more like a mesh-like material than that fabric of an actual cap. The products are good and the purchase process is smooth. The issues I have is the support team. I requested the return instruction, but the reply is about the replacement. While the Beneunder products may be fine, their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. Be warned, they take no responsibility for delays or refunds if your product never arrives. They will not respond to emails. They have no US stores or phone number.
