Placing the order was fine. However, the site would not accept the company credit card. I had to use my personal card. Ths might not be Berlin's fault, but the card is valid.

Terrible service and experience with Berlin Packaging and their poor management at their order fulfiment department

I experienced a terrible disappointing service with Berlin Packaging.
I never received any status updates for my order after it was placed. After three days with no communication, I had to call the company multiple times, only to find out that my order had never been allocated for fulfillment or shipment. It had simply been sitting there with no action taken.
This was my first time ordering from Berlin Packaging because I wanted to see if they were a company I could rely on. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, they failed badly.
The customer service representative I spoke with was very polite and helpful, but the fulfillment center and its management clearly need significant improvements. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Berlin Packaging to anyone, and don't fall for their free shipment of orders $300 or more capped at $500. That is just a bait in my opinion. It is the quality of work, reliability and service that matters.
I ultimately canceled my order and placed it with Webstaurant Store instead.

quick shipping after paying. We have used this company 2x for our honey business. over 50 cases of bottles and only 3 broken bottles. Those were likely broken by Fedex dropping the boxes as all the boxes were broken open w peanuts falling out. I will be using them for future business and hope we can decrease shipping costs!!
