I regret not checking BetterCV’s reviews page before falling into what feels like a fraud practice. The platform itself is useful for building a CV, and the $1 7-days-trial seemed fair. However, I later discovered an undisclosed $8.95 charge that I never agreed to. This hidden fee makes the offer misleading and unfair. What could have been a good service is overshadowed by this greedy move. A $1 trial should not come with surprise charges, and BetterCV should be ashamed of such tactics. Not recommended.

Very disappointing experience with Better CV. I signed up for what I believed was a trial, but I was surprised to see an unexpected charge of 9.590 OMR after the trial period ended.
I contacted customer support immediately after noticing the charge and requested a refund, but my request was rejected due to their refund policy.
I feel that the subscription and automatic renewal process were not made clear enough, which can lead to customers being charged unexpectedly. I recommend that everyone carefully review the terms before starting the trial and make sure to cancel in time if they do not wish to continue.
For me, this was a frustrating experience, and I will not use this service again. ⭐☆☆☆☆

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience using Better CV.
Without my clear consent or proper notification, they arbitrarily changed my subscription package and auto-debited recurring fees from my account. When I noticed the unexpected charges and reached out to customer support to cancel and request a refund, I received nothing but generic, automated email replies. None of their responses addressed my specific issue or offered any real solution.
This practice feels completely deceptive and misleading. I strongly advise everyone to be very careful with your payment details on this platform. Check your bank statements closely, as they will keep charging you while their support team hides behind automated bot replies.
I demand an immediate resolution, cancellation of any active plan under my account, and a full refund for the unauthorized charges!

They are nothing but fraudulent agency, do not use them. They will charge your account with hidden fees, charge and they claim they do not refund even the day they charge you. Their website is not even safe.. Be warned
