Great experience

David was kind, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

The couch is a great product

The couch is a great product. Its interior padding protects your investment. The electronic proximity lock (operated with credit card format key) works well. The couch requires assembly, which was straight forward and easy. Tip: take your time lining up the hinged top lid. It needs to align with the electronic lock hardware that is pre-mounted. Overall, very sturdy. One more thing: ALWAYS specify "signature delivery". I hadn't and almost paid the price. The box arrived opened on one end. FedEx was the shipper. Luckily for me, no hardware was lost.

A great product but a bad site UX…

A great product but a bad site UX design. The product got held up at customs for an extra week, nothing they could do about that so I won't fault them here for this. I bought the 33cm Silicone Torso Sex Doll – #011. I got it on better love dolls, can't link to it directly but searching that will show you which one I got, THIS IS NOT a promotion, it is purely to make this review worth a damn. The doll itself is of good quality, you get what you pay for and this is real authentic silicone for the doll and soft vagina silicone for the vagina if you select that customization , price wise this is probably one of the better deals your going to get for this type of mini-sex doll that is real silicone. My main problem with this purchase from this company comes down to the horrible UX design on their website, the one video showcasing the top of the neck of the doll was hidden in 1 picture edge in a small triangle play button and the link was dead at the time I bought the doll, and in the customization options they allow you to buy a m16 neck bolt "accessory" given this isn't a mass produce off the shelf doll I assumed logically that if it was custom made this accessory would mean the skeleton inside the doll would have a threaded insert slot to screw said neck bolt into so I could hang dry the doll after cleaning, that was evidently not true at all. Thankfully I went back and forth with David over email and he was fairly respective to feedback and I got a 20$ refund for the missing neck bolt screw and the confusion, HOPEFULLY by the time you all read this review if you do he and his partner have fixed their UX issues. This doll would have gotten a 5 star from me without the confusion. If you are buying this doll, IT DOES NOT come with a threaded insert for a m16 hook to let you hang dry it, do not buy that hook accessory or expect this doll to have a slot for it, because it doesn't, otherwise its a great purchase.

Great experience!

I like the way the doll was delivered! I think many users will agree that this process is ideal and highly appreciated. A real plus that maintains privacy! The doll itself was great! The feel was real and enjoyable! Will order again in the future.

Absolutely blown away

Absolutely blown away. My first doll. Irontech. Stunning head to toe. Thank you betterlovedoll. The full order was sent in 3 different shipments. Free heated robe, then the body, then the head. I was expecting everything at once and I almost had a panic attack when I only received the heated robe. Stay calm trust the process. Betterlovedoll is excellent. My future purchases is with them 100%

Exceeded Expectations

Firstly, my purchase exceeded that of the factory pictures I was sent in both attractiveness and workmanship, exceeding that of a Zelex doll I purchased a couple of years ago. Besides that, Better Love Doll will be my vendor of choice for future purchases. In comparison with other vendors I have used in the past, David at BLD went above and beyond in helping me in the purchase of what is a pretty big investment.

No head .nice body but no head

I love the dolls body very nice. But I have yet to receive the head. I have a order number for the head bld2957 Shows that a label has been created yet not picked up

Awesome vendor

David is the best! No issues when I’ve ordered from BetterLoveDoll. He handles all the good brands too.

Exceeded my expectations

It's incredible how far the craftsmanship in the love doll industry has come! The doll I purchased from Betterlovedoll (produced by Starpery) is incredibly beautiful and lifelike, and surprisingly lightweight, which exceeded all my expectations. I eagerly anticipate further advancements in this industry so that the doll can not only fulfill my fantasies but also assist with chores like vacuuming and doing dishes. Thank you, Betterlovedoll and Starpery team, for producing such a high-quality product at an affordable price.

Giveaway and Gift card

I entered the giveaway and purchased a gift card. Everything was easy, customer service was great and all the information about the giveaway was easy to understand and follow.

Top-notch service and support from BLD

The selection and service from BLD are the best I've found. David and Maria were helpful and responsive, and did a great job answering my questions before and after ordering. David went the extra mile and worked directly with the factory in China to make sure my doll was customized exactly how I wanted. He even offered suggestions when I want sure about some of the options available. The are lots of sites with similar or the same products, but BLD has the best prices and deals around so they've become my "go to" for anything doll-related.

A reliable site

A reliable site. Answered any questions I had in a timely manner and fulfilled my order on time.

Not a scam

Everything went as described within the web site's description. My doll is beautiful. She is difficult for me to manage because she is very heavy. I am a 70 year old light-weight with medical problems. Someone fit could manage fine.

Perfect and Fast

My order have a update which is very important, you are never alone, customer services will provide you at any time answer.

A little sketchy, but worked out in the end...

The communication was a little sketchy before my doll was shipped, and I was told that my doll unexpectedly exceeded the air freight weight limit, which made no sense. So I pushed back on that and instead of getting a response the doll was shipped as it should've been and arrived 6 days later instead of the 30-38 days that they tried to push on me. Besides those issues everything was good, I got the correct doll with no issues and I received the doll about 3 weeks after ordering, granted I ordered it two days after Christmas.

First time buyer

The quality and service were beyond what I expected. David's customer service was thorough and friendly. The dolls are excellently made, come with a variety of options, and professionally packaged for shipping.
