Good prices, easy to order, kept me updated by email from start to finish. Sent photos and videos on the custom doll that I ordered. My first doll was made to custom order and received in perfect condition. My USA in stock doll that was ordered was received within a few days and was also in perfect condition when I received it. Title says it all. This was my 3rd purchase. All the ladies are beautiful. No problem with ordering aside from deciding which lady to choose.David has been super helpful answering questions via text. I wish more companies were as great at what they do as Betterlovedoll is.

I had been looking into purchasing a companion for a long time now, and finally I decided to purchase one. I was very skeptical on the quality due to how often pictures do not reflect the actual product. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how good she came out. Far better in person than even the pictures provided to me during production. 10/10. If you've read any of the prior reviews you'll see David mentioned alot, how good he is, communication is spot on, and I'm here to say they're telling the truth. David really, and I mean REALLY, went out of his way for me. There were some shipping issues that delayed my purchase by 2 weeks, David was very thorough in explaining what was going on and what he was GOING to do about it. He did what he said he would and within just a few days my doll made it to me. Thank you David, you really helped out a lot. Make sure you are prepared to wait for the process, it takes about a month roughly for them to start and finish the order, then another few days to get shipping in line. Custom orders, like I had, are not made and shipped in a weeks time, so be mindful of when you purchase, and when you should expect to receive your doll. My only real complaint is over the finger nails but it's common for them to pop off with relative ease, this doesn't bother me very much, but never the less, that's the main issue I have. 10/10 Would recommend.

Hi Valued Customer, I’m truly sorry about this. Due to the relocation of Zelex’s U.S. warehouse, they were unable to ship the order domestically, so it had to be sent from the factory in China. Unfortunately, because of the new U.S. tariff policies, the chances of customs inspections on packages from China have significantly increased. Your package was unfortunately selected for inspection, which caused the delay. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
