For anyone with half a clue about intermittent fasting, do not be fooled by the hype. The actual app is very basic with some really suspect menu suggestions (smoked salmon bagel for breakfast AND supper? I don't think so!!). There's a load of bigging up the personalisation of the plan when you go through the quiz but it's super-generic and isn't any different from any other (free) IF trackers or meal-planning apps. I emailed them immediately to ask to cancel my subscription and refund my order. They tried to upsell me more stuff (exercise programs, mindset guides)!! After several email exchanges, they finally agreed to refund me 50% of the order value.

Having been pestered ruthlessly by email, I finally took up the offer and paid for a month subscription to this app only to find the meal plans cannot accommodate vegetarian diet! When you list foods not to include but they still include them, it becomes useless. I asked for a refund but they only offered me 25% EDIT - after several emails and photos of my sample menus containing meat, I have finally had my subscription refunded.

Beware, they subscribe you to non transparent subscriptions and then months down the line charge £100+ out of nowhere. Stay away. Only bought a book, to find out 3 months later they made 3 charges of £100+ via multiple transactions for something I was not even aware of. Contacted immediately following the payments they took within couple hours to notify them these have not been authorised, they then were refusing to cancel those charges because it wasn't notified within 14 days. It's pretty hard to notify something you are not aware of. I was gonna take it up with the police for fraud as the next step, and only then they agreed to refund the money that has been charged. I'm glad of the outcome in the end, but the subscriptions should have been made more transparent from the start and it shouldn't have been as stressful to get refunds, I thought someone hacked me, had to replace lots of cards, accounts etc. causing a lot of unnecessary havoc.

I like the principles of this program. It makes sense and I want see if it works for me, thus I’ve bought the program for 3 months. However, there were far too many add-ons at the end. American overload! And there wasn’t clarity if there were recipes in the books.

I declined all of the add ons which were not explained before I signed up. So I don't know what they would have added to the experience apart from a lot more expense. You could do the basics perfectly well without the app, just choose how long your fast /eating windows are (in my case 17/7 hours) and restrict your calories to 1200.

Misleading. The way they set up the subscriptions makes it near impossible to figure out what's going on. This is an electronic product so fees cancelling is just dishonest. It's difficult to figure out how to even log in since they hide it on their website. It's also not paid through any app stores so you can't check through them to make sure everything is actually cancelled. The app isn't anything special, and is not at all worth what they want to charge
