Had unexpected and unauthorized charges from this company. Could not find any information or contact numbers to dispute this. Had to report it to my credit card company as fraudulent charges. Very frustrating!

It's working for me
All I wanted was the app. Declined the other products. Calories are easy to track by reading labels, looking it up or using the list. I don't need recipes. After 5 surgeries in four years I gained weight. Diabetes made it hard to lose that weight. I was given a fasting time and daily calorie goal broken down with each mealtime where I can log it. Terms are clearly laid out in the app. I wish the app was a little less, but no one has such a simple, easy to use app and I'm not a princess or undisciplined person who needs perks that don't mean anything. There are no annoying people trying to connect, comment or chat. No one solicits me on email. Total privacy. Simple. It's working for me. By day 3, there is a 1/2" gone from my waist line. You can't put a price on a good body response like that. If the cost was less, I'd have given a five.

It was difficult to cancel the subscription and I lost money in the process. I finally received a full refund for the last 2 charges amounting to more than $100. I sent a short email requesting a cancellation 3 months ago after being charged $57 for nothing because I did not ever use the program. However they ignored my request by offering a further discount. So after three more emails I was finally offered a full refund of the last two charges. I feel they take advantage of those who don’t follow up with their ploy to try to keep you in the program. I will never do any business with them again.

Not anything different from other free fasting apps
It sells the app as a personalised fasting programme . States that it's different to all others and you answer their questionnaire. It pretty much the same as other fasting g apps not personalied outside of choosing the time you'd rather fast etc. Many apps do this for free so save your money. Very Spammy and I am trying to get a refund. Additional Edit To add insult to injury the refund process is 'delightfully' spammy too. You email them, they ask you to email them back 'to confirm your email'. Then there's that wonderful process that some of these companies use to batter you down. A 25% offer that increases each email ignoring everything you write. They initially tried to gaslight me into believing I hadn't requested my money back within 48hrs , I proved I requested in within 10 mins. After 5 emails I was given a refund because I kept informing them of UK distance selling laws, despite them doing the whole T&C bit. I broke a personal rule with this app, if the company spam me with offers throughout checkout, they lose the sale. Never again. PayPal have now sent me a refund email ref so it should go through OK now.
