I approached BHG while looking for a debt-consolidation loan that would improve my monthly cash flow. From my first interaction through to funding, everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional. I would particularly like to recognize my loan officer, Michael David, who was excellent throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and explained the loan amount, terms, costs, and proposed plan very clearly. At one point I got cold feet and delayed moving forward. Michael David never pressured me. Instead, he patiently went through everything with me again, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He was also proactive in letting me know whenever BHG was waiting for information or action from me, which helped keep the process moving. Although everyone at BHG did a great job, Michael David’s patience and professionalism stood out. I am pleased that I proceeded and would recommend BHG to anyone considering debt consolidation to improve their cash flow.

Ryan was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Made everything super easy and walked me through step by step. He went above and beyond even helping me weeks later when I had issues with a previous loan being laid off. He contacted the department who issued the check to the finance company I was paying off and had them wire the money directly to the company since I was going to be traveling out of the country the next day and didn’t want to have to be worrying about if my loan was paid or not. This was something he totally didn’t have to do and could have just handed me off to the next department. Instead he checked on me every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of. This is customer service at its best and why in the end I chose BHG as the company I took my personal loan from. This is the company to go with !

Adrienne was absolutely great and made this process go very smooth and simple!! anytime we had questions she was available she would answer calls right away, text messages and emails we were never left in the dark!! Truly the only thing we did not like was that our state has a minimum take out for the loan and we did not need that much but that was not her fault.
