Both were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They guided me through the entire process seamlessly and answered all of my questions with total clarity. Excellent customer service like this is rare—highly recommend!

I would avoid biBERK based on my experience. After the company refused to correct a policy that was opened without my authorization, I canceled my other policy with them. They claimed they mailed a refund for the canceled account, but I never received it. They also continue to refuse to cancel or refund the unauthorized policy and have not adequately investigated how it was opened. This experience has left me feeling that sales matter more to them than resolving serious customer concerns. Unless biBERK finally addresses these issues, I plan to file a formal complaint with the Florida insurance regulator.
