Everything was easy and pretty seamless…
Everything was easy and pretty seamless until the box was opened at its destination and the Gooseneck (handlebar riser) had apparently fallen out of one of the box's hand-holes. I'd taped over them before shipping, but my sense is that someone pulled off the tape to use the holds and the loose Goose flew the Coop.... Bummer indeed.
Easy shipment creation and efficient tracking.
Creating the shipment on the website was straightforward. Drop off at local UPS store was easy and quick. Tracking emails were helpful and the shipment arrived well ahead of the estimated schedule even with the 4th of July Holiday.
awesome deal
awesome deal, but will suggest looking into a different address verification software. the google check was preventing me from sending to the correct address. but will admit the override option was what helped to clean it up.
All the bicycle itself was not damaged
All the bicycle itself was not damaged. The box had a huge slash in it, and it was a major disappointment. I hope the next time I use your service packaging does not get destroyed. I had a professionally packed at the bike shop so the bicycle was saved, but the box was definitely never reuseable
