Everything was wrong
Everything was wrong, the pickup was Monday, the box is coming today. Now I'm waiting for a full refund. I'll never go with you'll again. I'm in around 400 dallors. And I'm not happy about it.

Parts were lost getting to the…
Parts were lost getting to the destination and home. The “reusable” bike boxes were so torn up that we cannot reuse them. One didn’t even have a lid on the return. Bikes were obviously thrown around and not well protected in transit. Very high risk for expensive and sensitive equipment.

I measured the box twice for the entered dimensions and shipped with no issue. I received an email a week later saying the box was 1-2 inches off and was charged double than what I originally paid. This was my first time using BikeFlights and will be reconsidering your services next time. Best,

Typically Bike flights is great however, this time I got an email after the Fax sitting they’re gonna charge me another $10 because I didn’t measure correctly. The box I purchased was 14 x 14 x 14. It was not overstuffed. I am concerned they are just up charging more as they choose
