There were some issues with Fedex and the bike took much longer than initially quoted. Apparently Fedex lost the label. Bikeflights was good about being in touch with Fedex and getting it sorted out but it was frustrating to not really know the arrival time.

We had a local bike shop in New Hampshire pack the bike. Bike flights pick the bike up at the bike shop and it arrived at the San Francisco UPS store 2ndays early. Easy peasy.
Missing score lines.
Video helped but still spotty on installation. No score lines on long sides to fold into ends. Had to manually measure should have been easier.
