Bikham stated they could help me submit my applications and get credentialed with two insurance companies in about 45 days. From the beginning I have had to continuously email them to make sure they were following through with getting my applications submitted. They submitted a wrong NPI2 number and a wrong phone number on one of my applications. I had to make them aware of the mistake and fixed it myself. They did not notify me that my DMAS application had been returned and required additional information. Its been 60 days and I am still waiting to be credentialed. Bikham has not responded to any of my emails following up or checking the status of my applications in over two weeks. Do NOT use them as credentialing specialists if you actually want to get credentialed.

Working on the credentialing...

I'm still in the process of getting credentialed. I will be updating my review once it's all completed. Thus far, things have been positive. Communication with the teem has been good. Overall I'm happy with the collaboration between the team and me.

A helpful resource

I was stock trying to register my home health agency, Bikham answered my calls, emails and directed me step by step.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

The company operates under the facade of client advocacy, presenting with the appearance of diligent service in the beginning, while in reality engaging in deliberate delays and obstructions. Their practice is designed not to advocate for the client's interest but to stall the process until reimbursement becomes unattainable. Services are never rendered, although it will appear that effort is being made. Reimbursement offers are made but not followed through. Written communication is circular and meant to keep the customer in perpetual motion without ever advancing towards the actual product. I had a good experience and although it took longer time than what I thought it will take, I think that's because the insurance companies delayed the process in reviewing the applications. But the different people who worked on my case were very helpful and it was nice to talk to them each time. Thank you.

Poor customer service with limited results

I am not sure what is up with this company, As a therapist, I tried to be very thoughtful about hiring a credentialing company and did alot of research because I have heard horror stories about the credentialing process. I am somewhat familiar with credentialing and have gotten myself credentialed on my own with insurances panels before, so I know how tedious and time consuming it can be, but in an attempt to be more efficient and diligent with my my time and resources I decided to outsource this service, assuming a specialist could be better at it than me me, but when I tell you it has been over 1, year and almost 2 since I hired them to get me credentialed with BCBS and a few others. Not only that, there is no communication after promising I would get regular updates. Also, my rep (my personal point of contact person) has changed multiple times and every time that happens, I have to express my frustrations over and over again only to be told, this time it will be different. I have also left messages to speak to a manager to express my concerns, but no manager every calls me back. I know credentialing can be tedious, which is why I hiring an "expert" but this is ridiculous, I surely could have done this myself, i.e. submit the forms and just wait. I was hesitant to write a negative review, because I thought it would make them slow the progress on my case, but holy comoly (sp?) I don't think it can get any worse than this. If you are a therapist trying to get credentialed with an insurance company, please save your hard earned money and try another company. This one is the worst
