This process has been seamless.
This process has been seamless. The follow-up and communication regarding each step of the process was flawless. We have been working on getting these contracts submitted for a very long time. Once the required documents were sent in it literally a few days for all four requested comments to be submitted with follow-up that they had been submitted. There was no guessing were we were in the process.

If i can give -0 I will give this company. Being waiting for answers after paying for credentialing, no one picks my calls anymore. Is like a scam. This company is not reliable period. I communicated with Uday Singh and Dylan Bloom. No answer from Feburay 14th 2023 to this moment August 4th 2026. Is a shame how they scam Healthcare companies.

Great experience
I had an excellent experience working with this credentialing company. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and guided me in the right direction every step of the way as I started my ABA practice. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the credentialing process, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience much more manageable. Their expertise and willingness to help gave me confidence that I was making the right decisions for my practice. Not a real service
I think the 5 star reviews for this company are written by company representatives themselves. I signed up with Bikham a year ago and have approved by 1 company. I have complained repeatedly to their Credentialing Monitor, Ansh and get nothing but excuses for why my Medicaid login was not accessed for an entire year. They lied to me about not being accepted by an insurer due to them not accepting providers, but the insurance company contacted me to tell me that they had not applied properly. I wasted $1200 on this company. It is a complete RIPOFF. Read the 1 star reviews, not the 5 star reviews.
